I offer residential plumbing maintenance and repair services, including but not limited to, drain cleaning, fixture installation, hot water systems and emergency repairs. All services are performed by a licensed and insured professional tradesman.
Quotes: I provide free, no-obligation quotes for all services as required.
Pricing: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, but may be extended at the clients request.
Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, whatsapp, text message or through the form on the Mount Coolum Plumbing website at https://www.mtcplumbing.com.au
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Due Date: Payment is due 7 days after completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
Accepted Methods: I accept bank transfers, EFTPOS, credit cards, and cash.
Late Payments: Very late, overdue invoices may incur interest charges and collection fees.
Workmanship Warranty: I offer a guaranteed workmanship warranty on all worked carried out.
Manufacturer Warranty: Products and materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Liability: We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages unrelated to our services.
Access: Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the work area.
Utilities: Provide access to necessary utilities (water, electricity) during service.
Information: Disclose any relevant information about the plumbing system.
