This is the standard pricing model and is the best option for smaller jobs where the problem and it's solution may be unknown. This could be an issue such as leaking taps or toilets where in most cases this could be easily repaired and wouldn't require a replacement. In these cases it is best to just pay for the required labour and the parts needed to complete the job.
This is a pricing model that is used when the required work is known in advance, such as if you know that you either need or would just like new tapware or a hot water system installed. In these cases, you may prefer to lock in an exact cost in advance, as well as know the exact fixtures/parts that you will be having installed.
The Fixed Price Service also alows you to use the online booking service, so you can book a day and time that suits you in advance!
The quoting model is usually used for larger jobs, where there are many things to consider and the work involved differs from job to job. This would include things such as bathroom renovations or additions. In these cases, I can attend your house to look at and discuss with you what you would like done and I offer this service completely free and with absolutley no obligation, so please give me a call anytime and we can organise a time to meet!
